California Gold Sunscreen

http://www.eidon.com/store/proddetail.php?prod=0919Sunscreen http://www.iherb.com/Eidon-Mineral-Supplements-California-Gold-Moisturizing-Sunblock-SPF-25-4-oz/26004 if using iherb please use code ZUJ921! This is a natural sunblock which is a must with ozone layer depletion. I carry this sunblock with me for I often forget to apply it to my hands when driving. It has a light natural citrus sent. I also use some of the other minerals after having my levels checked. Not all people need to use supplements for instance a lot of people need B12 and D but not me and too much can do the opposite effect so really check with your doctor first! I do use the liquid Iodine though.

Three Rivers Music Festival

http://3r-aid.org/festival-info/ Some of the best places in CA are the small towns. Here is a hidden treasure in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. I found out about this place from a Skin Care shop here in SLO called Ja Nenes. When I asked the young lady working there about the origins of the products I said "where?"... I love the art work on these posters and tickets...quintessential California. It is about two hours from No SLO County and they have camping available.

New Coco Eco magazine issue Apr-May 2013

Really the best issue ever, I love the first editorial which reminds me of my youth growing up in LA-OC. We were a mix of all ethnic groups and did well as a community...and that was many years ago. I still get a sense of that community when I visit.

Industrie Magazine: FREE is the word

http://industrie.nowmanifest.com/page/24/ My favorite fashion is California Fashion and Apparel News but is is interesting to see fashion from a global perspective. Here is an endless magazine, this link starts at page 24 but goes on forever? I just stopped there because of time factors. I also discovered a line of vintage patterns that I just learned about from my daughter who told me about this she found on a Vintage Pattern blog. I have never heard the names of some of the designers who made these patterns...most long gone and their names with them. Don't think any of these patterns are even available. Will see.
